Three surfers from Australia, Roger Gamble, James Cotton and the Zig Van Der Sluys achieved a new world record Bono surfing waves in Kampar River, Teluk Meranti Village , Pelalawan, Riau on the third day March 11, 2016. The new record that they achieved surfing so far collectively KM 37.2 and 17.2 KM personally achieved by James Cotton.
